This Art Basel 2023 piece of fine art was inspired by Christopher Michaud photograph "International Edition" to start a new collection of paintings in collaboration with talented international fashion photographer!

CONTRAST OF LIGHT AND DARK.

Day and night, light and shadow. There opposites are fundamental in human life and in nature in general. For the
true artist, white and black are the most powerful expressive means indicating light and shadow.
The female image presented here creates the mystery of the gaze, the hidden mannerism and plasticity of the
shadow line which creates a complete philosophycal perceptionof chiaroscuro as a message in space
and time, creating a triple concept of the past, present and future.
